What motivates you? Think about this for a minute, don’t go too deep, just the basics. If you can put your finger on a source of motivation you can use that even in little bits to find your bliss on a daily basis. If music makes you happy find a way to keep the tunes going all day! If you are motivated by helping others find a way to help a friend, neighbor, or elderly person. It doesn’t have to be a long involved project, just a simple gesture, but it is so much more. Is there a goal that you want for yourself material or otherwise. Write it down, post the pictures, do the vision board and refresh or review daily. The message is take even “a piece” of what motivates you each day to keep moving.
