Exercise?
Do you know that when you exercise your brain releases chemicals called “endorphins”?
So ?…..
So those same chemicals plus a whole lot of other stuff is what gets put into the “happy pills’ that doctors like me will prescribe to treat depression and anxiety!
Of course it’s not all that easy and simple…but the point I want to make today is EXERCISE helps all of our mental health issues.
Find something that you can do and make it a routine.  What’s most important is that you do something. Walk, stretch, run, dance, swim, ride, pedal, lift, crawl and I think that covers all the moves.  This will be the best gift you will give yourself.  You will find doing the exercises repeatedly will reduce the levels of anxiety and for many people improve your mood.  
Now I’m not saying that anyone can cure their Major Depression or Generalized Anxiety Disorder by exercise alone.  I am saying that  exercise is a big help for all.
