Review of your history including development, social, medical and psychiatric components. We will also look at current cognitive ability and symptoms.
Medication Review and Consultation

We are available to look at current treatment regimens and offer a 2nd opinion when there is a level of uncertainty in treatment.
Initial Medication Management

Review of history with emphasis on past psychopharmachologic treatment and results. Current needs, symptoms and concerns.
Medication Management and Psychotherapy
45-60 min
Generally psychodynamic psychotherapy w/ client that is also currently prescribed medication.
Medication Management Follow-up
20-30 min
Discuss current symptoms, improvements or concerns with treatment and/or continued plans for f/u.
Treatment Planning
per 60 min
In cases where there is a need for additional conferencing between treating members and Dr. Johnson-Dunlap.
Administrative
15 min
Billed on 15 minute increments, any services not covered during the basic appointment or brief follow up phone call. This may include completing prior authorizations for prescription drug coverage, or preparing reports (if requested) for outside entities.
